Overview
The Supplements Section allows you to create a database for common supplements you take.
Create a Stack
You can create a new stack by pressing the + button
Edit Stack
You can edit a stack by pressing on a stack, then press edit.
Add Supplement
You can add supplements by pressing +
Enter info
select “create”.
