The Calorie Calculator allows you to choose your target Calories and macro ratio.
Meal Split
Meals a split across Two(2) Meals.
Meal #1 is split 60/40/75 (Fat/Protein/Carbs), in grams.
Meal #2 is split 40/60/25 (Fat/Protein/Carbs), in grams.
Saving to Profile
If you are satisfied with your selection make sure you press “Add to Profile”. You can view your target macros in the Manage Profile Section in Settings, as well as Cals In / Out in your journal.
