My Workouts

Overview

The My Workout Section allows you to schedule and track your workouts

Add Workout

To add a workout to your calendar press the + button.

Select a program from Our collection or your own custom program.

Select week and day you would like to start.

Single workout will only add that single workout to your calendar.

From here forward will add daily workouts from your starting point until the end of the program.

Complete a Workout

To complete a workout press your workout button.

Select “View”

Press “Complete”.

You calories will automatically be added to your Cal In / Out journal entry.
