Overview

The Program Manager allows you to create and view workout programs.

View Workouts

Select which program you would like to view

Press “view”

Select which week you would like to view

Press on the day you would like to view

Calories are based on our vitals

Create Custom Exercises

Press ⫶

Select “My Exercises”

Press +

Select Exercise type

Create a Name and select Exercise Equivalent. Exercise Equivalent will match MET Scores.

Create Custom Program

Press ⫶

Select “Create a Plan”

Create / Edit a Workout

Select which program you would like to edit

Select a week

Select a Day

Press +

Select Exercise type

Select Exercise, Amount, and Unit

Press Add

Make sure to press save

Note: Calories are based on your vitals
